QUALITET NPP attended UNITI Mineral Oil Technology Congress on the 4-5th of April, 2017 in Stuttgart, Germany. More than 600 specialists of the lube and fuel sector as well as experts of the mechanical engineering and automotive industry took part in the event, which makes it one of the leading congresses in Europe.
